DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY & COLLECTION INFORMATION

Collect from store Monday to Friday 7:30am – 5pm, or Saturday 9am – 12pm.

If you require delivery, we will call you to arrange delivery within a 10 mile radius with one of our own vans, Monday-Friday.

Standard delivery will be 1-3 working days with our courier service. If you have a specific delivery time requirement then please contact customer services. Other charges apply for other regions.

Orders totalling £100.00 or more exclusive of VAT qualify for free delivery.

Please note we do not deliver Hobbyweld gases, all bottles would need to be picked up from store.

Please note we cannot deliver to cash customers without payment beforehand, our delivery drivers do not carry monies with them.

Yes!  Please advise our sales team upon ordering.

Yes you may wish to cancel or change your order.  However, if you are adding items and have asked for nationwide delivery, please advise within the hour of ordering to ensure delivery is not missed, please note additional items may increase delivery charges.  For local customers or accounts, additional items can be added throughout the day.

Morning deliveries are from 9am and afternoon deliveries are from 12pm.

Our delivery team will deliver within a 15 mile radius this includes, Lancashire and Manchester.  We always aim to have 3 vans out each working day.
